Having grown up in community sports from the age of two, he understands how the cost of club and competitive athletics can create real barriers for families. A multi-time IRONMAN finisher and current varsity swim coach, Hayden’s life has long been shaped by the power of sports to build confidence, connection, and resilience. He brings deep business experience, a solutions-focused mindset, and a strong commitment to community to the team at NCHW, and is energized by the organization’s growing impact

Rustic Pines Barn Venue - Plattsburgh, NY

From collegiate level basketball to coaching at the youth level, Stephanie is very enthusiastic and involved in the sports industry. Her love for sports evolved to working at a golf resort managing and putting on various events. She is now super excited to be a business owner running her own wedding venue in our community. Her love and passion for supporting the community, supporting local, and putting on events is what drives her. Her knowledge in the event world will bring a unique vibe to the NCHW team.

Rachel is our enthusiastic free spirit here at NCHW. She has participated in every level of athletics and continues to be a fitness leader and group instructor. Her passion for health and wellness has lead to a masters in public health and a job helping health systems work better for their patients. Rachel is a local to the area and is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the team. When not working, you can find Rachel playing with her dog Daisy.

As a SUNY Plattsburgh alumni, Hannah was able to familiarize herself with our tight-knit community over the years. She is passionate about the communities overall wellness and ensuring communities have access to affordable care. These passions have led her to pursue a Masters in Public Health at Downstate Medical. Her knowledge of health policy and management allows the team to have a fresh perspective.
